Why was PIA flight from India canceled for Hindu pilgrims?

The Government of India has stopped the special flight of Pakistan International Airlines from India to Pakistan for Hindu pilgrims.
According to a Pakistan International Airlines prophet, the special PK6271 for Hindu pilgrims coming from Delhi to Peshawar on Friday morning has been canceled due tonon-receipt of authorization.
The spokesperson said,"Indian authorities haven't allowed special breakouts for Hindu pilgrims and the PIA flight has been stopped. Special upstanding operations can not beallowed.
However, only Indian Airlines will be allowed to carry the passengers, If any similar flight is to be operated.
A spokesperson for the Indian High Commission was communicated for comment, but declined to note.
Why is a special flight being operated from India?
