Developing the project schedule requires you to understand how scope, resources, cost, and activity durations affect each other. You will see, step by step how to go from a simple activity list to the completed schedule. This development of the project schedule is done based on the approved project deliverables and milestones, scope, and resource management plans in order to manage timely completion of the project. Lastly, you learn how to control the schedule by applying appropriate tools and techniques.Module 7: Project Cost Management
In this module, we will show you how Earned Value Management techniques works. This is one of the most important concepts you must understand for the Exam. We'll take you through it step by step.
